Emily is an HR professional with over 20 years experience in professional services, public sector and not for profit organisations. Emily has worked in generalist HR management roles spanning both strategic and operational requirements.

In her career, Emily has worked closely with senior leaders and managers in building the capability to effectively lead a team, manage themselves, develop and motivate staff, and tackle difficult situations.
Emily first became involved in coaching as an internal development coach for high potential employees, targeting skill development and career progression. She was instantly converted to the benefits of coaching, and took the opportunity to do more by starting up a coaching business.
Emily is drawn to coaching by the opportunity it presents to help people with self development, building confidence, and realising that they have the internal resources to find solutions. Emily is also passionate about teaching leaders and managers to use coaching within their own teams.
Emily is an Accredited Organisational Coach, Level 3, through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
